Predictable client acquisitionfor MSPs that have
outgrown referrals.
Targeting, sending infrastructure, campaigns, replies, qualification — we build and run all of it, and book held conversations with SMB owners and decision-makers straight into your calendar. You take the calls.
Backed by a written pipeline guarantee that puts the risk on our side of the table.

The risk
It sits on our side.
A written performance guarantee, agreed with you and signed by both sides before a single email goes out. The wording is walked through on the call — not published here.
The ownership
The infrastructure is yours.
Sending domains, mailboxes, CRM and prospect data run in your name and are paid by you directly. If we ever stop, the asset stays with your MSP.
The audit
Thirty minutes on your numbers.
Mostly questions — how you win clients today, what one is worth, where the path from stranger to signed leaks. The offer only comes up if it fits.
You never know where your
next client is coming from.
Luck instead of system
Referrals arrive when they arrive — you can’t plan growth around them.
Networking without pipeline
Events create conversations. Never a repeatable, weekly pipeline.
Ads without right-fit leads
Price shoppers and tire kickers — not the SMBs you actually want.
No time to build it yourself
Between tickets and vCIO work, outbound never gets off the ground.
One lost client turns a stable year into a stressful one. It doesn't have to be that way.
Four pillars. One outcome:
a full calendar.
Targeting
Your best-fit SMB buyers — precisely defined, junk filtered out.
Infrastructure
Deliverability engineered. Your main domain never touched.
Messaging
Angles that make business owners reply — no IT jargon.
Booked Calls
Qualified conversations, dropped straight into your calendar.
The part we don't publish
Volumes. Domains. Cadences.
The angle library.
Competitors read this page too — so the full build sheet stays off it. On the audit call we walk through the complete system, mapped to your MSP. It's yours to keep, whether we work together or not.
What changes when
the system runs.
A pipeline you can plan around
Qualified conversations arriving on a system — not on luck. Hire, invest, and grow with confidence.
Only right-fit prospects
Decision-makers matching your ICP. No price shoppers, no tire kickers, no wasted first calls.
A channel you own
Outbound becomes an asset in your business — and revenue concentration stops keeping you up at night.
No black box.
You see what gets built.
Onboarding & ICP
One kick-off call, then the written foundation everything else is built on.
- Written ICP document — segment, territory, company size
- Exclusion criteria, so the wrong accounts never get touched
- The qualified-meeting definition, agreed and locked before launch
Infrastructure
A dedicated sending stack, built in your name — never on your main domain.
- Separate sending domains and mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Sequencer, reply routing and suppression list
- CRM pipeline and calendar integration into your existing tools
Campaign build & go-live
Two angles, tested against your market — then the system starts sending.
- Two messaging angles with three to four follow-ups each
- Verified prospect data for your territory
- Launch QA, then live — typically 7–14 days after onboarding
The weekly rhythm
The part you actually feel: conversations appearing in your calendar.
- Replies handled and qualified for you — not forwarded to your inbox
- Meetings booked directly into your calendar, documented in the CRM
- One-page report every week · one 30-minute strategy call a month
We run
- Targeting and data
- Sending infrastructure
- Messaging and campaigns
- Reply handling
- Qualification
- Meeting booking
- CRM documentation
- Weekly optimisation
You run
- The sales conversation
- The proposal
- The close
- The delivery
Your total time before go-live is one kick-off call of 45 to 60 minutes. After that: the conversations themselves.
We carry the risk.
You carry the calls.
There is a written performance guarantee behind this system — and it is the reason this decision is a hard one to say no to.
We don't publish the terms, for the same reason we don't publish the build sheet. You get them in full on the audit call, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Written, not implied
The terms sit in the agreement — not in the marketing copy on this page.
Agreed before launch
What counts is defined together and signed by both sides, so nobody moves goalposts afterwards.
Walked through on the call
You see the exact wording before you commit to anything at all.

Not an account team.
One vertical, one system, one operator. I write the campaigns, I read the replies, I qualify the meetings. The person on the audit call is the person running your account — there is no handover to a junior.
My background is business and controlling, which mostly means I report the numbers as they are. Every account is documented from week one — accounts worked, replies, meetings booked, meetings held, meeting-in-ICP rate — and you see that one page every week, flattering or not.
Where SocialStride stands today
This is early. You would be one of the first three MSPs on this system, and I would rather say that plainly than borrow a track record I haven't earned yet. That is exactly why the commitment is written into the agreement instead of into the marketing — and why founding clients get more of me, not less.
- Direct founder attention on your account
- Prioritised communication, not a ticket queue
- Closer campaign analysis and a monthly strategy review
- Real influence on how the system develops
We look at your business first.
The pitch is optional.
Thirty minutes, mostly questions. If what you need isn't what we build, you'll hear that on the call — and you'll still leave knowing exactly where your acquisition leaks.
What the 30 minutes cover
In order
- 01
Where your clients actually came from
Every client of the last twelve months, one by one. Referral, network, inbound, luck.
- 02
What a client is worth to you
Average monthly value, how long they stay, and what one more of them changes.
- 03
Stranger to signed — your real path
Who does what between first contact and signature, how long it takes, where it stalls.
- 04
Where the leak is
Not enough conversations, wrong companies, or a process that drops warm ones. They need different fixes.
- 05
Only if it fits: what I would build
The full system mapped to your MSP, what it costs, what I commit to. If it does not fit, I say so.
Prepared before we talk — and yours to keep either way: ten companies in your territory that match your best client.
- 1
Book 30 minutes
Pick a slot. No form maze, and no qualification call before the call.
- 2
We go through your business
Most of the call is me asking and you talking — how you win clients today, the numbers behind it, and the exact path a stranger takes to becoming a paying client.
- 3
Then, and only then
If what you need is what I build, I show you exactly how it works and what it costs. If it is not, you get told that on the call instead of chased for a month.

Fair questions, straight answers.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee plus a monthly management fee, quoted on the audit call once the scope is clear. Two things worth knowing before that call: you pay your sending infrastructure — domains, mailboxes, prospect data, verification — directly to the vendors, so it runs in your name and stays yours. And the initial term is three months from go-live, month to month afterwards. No revenue share, no per-lead pricing, no surprise line items.
Do you guarantee new clients?
No — and anyone who does is selling you something else. What we commit to are held, qualified sales conversations with decision-makers who match the ICP we agreed, and that commitment is backed by a written guarantee you see in full on the call. Whether those conversations close depends on your discovery, your proposal and your delivery — the parts we don’t control and won’t pretend to.
How fast can we launch?
Typically 7–14 days from onboarding: ICP, territory and the qualified-meeting definition first, then the sending infrastructure, then campaign build and launch QA. Your time investment before go-live is one kick-off call of 45 to 60 minutes.
How much of my time does this take once it runs?
One page of reporting a week and one 30-minute strategy call a month. No weekly status meetings. The rest of your time goes into the conversations themselves — plus following up with interested prospects within a business day, which is your side of the guarantee.
Do you need access to our main domain?
No. Everything runs on separate sending domains set up for outbound. Your brand domain and its reputation are never touched.
Do you only work with MSPs?
Yes. Targeting, messaging and qualification are built around how managed services actually get bought — owner-led MSPs with 5 to 50 staff in the US and UK. That focus is the reason it works, and the reason we turn down everything else.
Anything else — ask on the call.
The next step
Your next client shouldn't
depend on luck.
Thirty minutes on how you win clients today, what one is worth, and where the path from stranger to signed actually leaks. If we're a fit, you'll see exactly what we'd build. If we're not, you'll hear that on the call.
